Calendar Posting Guidelines

GFI264-CalendarPhysio Racing board members and discipline coordinators can post events to the team ride calendar.  If you would like to lead an event please provide the following information to the group coordinator or the board (either via email or using the contact form) and we will get it posted.  Please try and post events at least 72 hours prior to start date/time.  Most official rides will be cross posted to the Physio Racing STRAVA group this is where you can also find several ad-hoc rides hosted by members (but not “official” team rides), just check the comments section for ride announcements.

Here is how the event/ride should look:

Post description details (this is the title that goes on the calendar so enter the discipline , general location & mileage – see examples below):

Title: Include ride discipline (if applicable and title)
When: Date / time & estimated duration
Where: Meeting place & link to location on Google Map
Note if a “Women Only” ride
•   Include: Leader / organizer name
•   Ride category and specify Drop / No-drop ride (always include: “See Physio Racing’s “Ride Guide” for more information:” )
•   Description of ride / event
•   For rides, provide length, route and climbing data. If possible, link to Strava, Garmin Route, Ride with GPS, or Map My Ride.

ROAD: Pre-Game Ride – 52 Miles Up and Around Morrison + Breakfast!
